• Played on a half pitch
• No keepers
• Mixed teams (5–7 a side, depending on numbers)
• Score from anywhere
• No hitting & no lifted balls above the knee

It’s all about getting out, having fun, and enjoying hockey in a relaxed, social way

Open to anyone aged 12+. All abilities!
Pay as you go – just £3 per session

First session Sunday 3 May:
Sweyne School, Rayleigh
10:30am – 12:00pm
